Who we are

We make modernist Russian cuisine. The basics of it bread, meat and fresh vegetables. We bake sourdough bread as fathers of our fathers did. On a hot stone. We cook meat as our ancestry did in a low temperature oven for several days. We take recipes from dusty books of XIX century mixing it with our culinary experience.

We do not buy semifinished ingredients. As well as any kinds of enhancers. Everything that we offer was cooked by our hands on our kitchen from ingredients that was bought by ourselves. So you can be sure in a quality of our dishes.
